Important!Precautions regarding application

Customers who apply for subsidies can only pay bybank transfer or credit card.

Regarding application documents, if the information you entered is incomplete, we will charge a document issuance administrative fee. (Reissuance fee: 2,200 yen (consumption tax, etc. 200 yen)) When applying, please check with the person in charge of the Welfare Division before entering the information to ensure there are no mistakes. Thank you.

If you apply for a subsidy and it is accepted, please purchase from ④.

Purchase of hand controls for subsidy applications is limited to new hand controls. Sale items such as outlets and damaged items are not eligible.

If you need the desired hand control color and other optional items, please add them to the cart. A receipt is required after purchase. Please be sure to write “Subsidy decision notification received” in the remarks column at the time of purchase.

After confirming that the name at the time of purchase and the name at the time of document application are the same, we will issue a receipt and send it together with the product.

In principle, once issued, the receipt cannot be reissued for tax reasons. We appreciate your understanding that the second issuance without any legal obligation will be “issue without monetary exchange”.
